  • We are using courier service or POS Laju for delivery, depends on time and location. Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, within 7 days of receiving your payment unless otherwise stated on the website.
  • We use Paypal and CIMB Bank as our online purchasing system. The CIMB Bank account no is 1401-0000106-10-1.
  • If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified to collect your order at any couriered service office nearer to your address. We are not responsible for delivery items that are returned to the couriered service office and remain uncollected.
  • Ukhwahshoppe does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.
